The tech giant, Sony plans to launch its first elite smartphone of the year at MWC, which is set to take place from February 26 to March 1, 2018. If these rumors are true, then Sony will only be unveiling its mid-range and lower-end mobile phones to the CES 2018 press event, which is taking place in Las Vegas, USA. Leaks further suggest that these smartphones will be called Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra, and L2.
As per various other assessments, Sony resolves to present all these given mobile phones at MWC 2018: Xperia XZ1 Plus, Xperia XZ1 Premium, and Xperia XZ1s. All these devices are nothing but improved versions of Sony’s first-string devices from 2017.
Sony Xperia XZ1 Premium is expected to be the most breakthrough device that has been launched with the brand new variants. This mobile will be pretty close to its forerunner. Furthermore, the Xperia XZ Premium and the XZ1 Premium will go on to feature a 5.5-inch 4K KDR LCD screen. They both will have a resolution of 2,160×3,840 pixels.
These advanced variants will offer buyers a lot of alterations and upgradations. The model will come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845 process. It will come paired with 6GB of RAM along with an internal storage capacity of 128GB. The Xperia XZ1 will sport a 12-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back panel. It will also have a fingerprint scanner at the back.
According to various other media reports, the Xperia XZ1 Plus and the Xperia XZ1s will brag fingerprint scanners at the back of the device. They will also sport a dual-camera setup that will have two 12-megapixel camera sensors.
The XZ1 Plus is expected to be bigger and more powerful as it showcases a 5.5-inch display screen. The phone will run on the Snapdragon 845 processor.
Coming to the other mobile now, the XZ1s will supposedly offer a 5.2-inch display. The handset will operate on last year’s Snapdragon 835 CPU. Both the mobiles are forecasted to present 4GB RAM with an internal storage of 64GB.
