Samsung Flow App will be used to unlock WIndows 10 PCs using its Fingerprint Sensors. The app allows users to move continuously between Samsung devices. Currently the app works well with Windows 10 Galaxy TabPro S 2-in-1 hybrid. This feature is very liked by users and Samsung is planning to release this feature other Non-Samsung devices.
Samsung confirmed it that this feature will soon be available for other Windows 10 when Samsung replied to comment on Play Store. The app was launched two years back when Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge were launched. Flow App also lets users to check their smartphone notifications and reply back to them from PC, share app activity and transfer content.
Flow app Process
Samsung Flow app is process is very simple, it uses Bluetooth to show the device’s availability. After this process is done, it makes use of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Once the device is found, it checks if both devices are in same network or not and then allow devices to communicate.
Flow App is somewhat similar to Apple’s Continuity feature on iOS and OS X Yosemite since it was launched. Both provide the same functionality and features to make it easy for users to switch between their devices. Lets wait for the update from Samsung about the Flow App feature that will work for all Windows 10 devices.
